2019 CCC Commencement Ceremony

Important Dates

• April 1 | Registration opens for guest tickets
• First week of May | Caps & gowns available in CCC Bookstore, Oregon City campus
• May 17 | Registration deadline for guest ticket reservations
• May 20 - 24 | Pick up guest tickets during CCC bookstore hours from the book return window
• June 13 | 3-4 p.m. | Rehearsal begins in Community Center (not required, but recommended)
• June 13 | Registration closes
• June 14 | Graduation ceremony

Schedule of Graduation Day

• 6 p.m. | Graduates meet in Community Center
• 6 p.m. | Doors open for guests
• 6:45 p.m. | Graduates line up for Processional
• 7 p.m. | Processional enters Randall Gym
• 9 p.m. | Ceremony ends
• 9:15 p.m. | Reception for graduates and families

Important Notes

• Reminder: Students who register by May 17 will be guaranteed up to 4 guest tickets to the Randall Gym. Students who register after May 17 will only be guaranteed up to 2 tickets.
• Student or photo ID is required to pick up guest tickets. Graduates must be present to receive tickets.
• Overflow seating with live video will be available in the Gregory Forum, McLoughlin Auditorium, and Osterman Theater in Niemeyer.
• Live streaming will be available at www.clackamas.edu/graduation/stream/ as well as on CCC TV.
• Graduates will not receive their diplomas and/or certificates during the ceremony. Diplomas and/or certificates will be mailed directly to the graduates to the address that was submitted with your Petition for Graduation.
• Caps and gowns can be picked up from the CCC Bookstore on the Oregon City campus free of charge. Graduation regalia is paid for by student fees.
